On this occasion we were put under a large amount of pressure because when we arrived to book in on 15th September at 4-40am we produced our reservation reference and were greeted with the news that the reservation could not be found.
This caused us a 30 minutes delay in going to the airport. At the time of leaving for the airport the staff still could not find our reservation and told us just to leave the car and the day time staff will sort it out.
Thankfully when we arrived back the car was waiting for us.
We have used Park and Fly on many occasions in the past without any problems so we accept that this blip was a one off, non the less it created a great deal of stress.
