Booking process was good and there was plenty of space in the car park.
When I went to exit the car park the barrier would not accept the ticket saying that the exit time had expired (which it hadn't). I pressed the help button but there was no reply so I had to reverse out from the barrier and drive back (the wrong way) to the pay kiosk where I pressed the help button again and this time received a reply. The guy who responded was very short with me, would not listen to my explanation and just told me to go back to the barrier, where he was waiting and opened the barrier for me without saying a word.
A little more customer care training is required with this guy, and someone needs to look at what happened with the ticket, but apart from that it was fine.
