The automatic number plate recognition did not work so I had to go and ask for help from the kiosk. I was told I needed my ticket, which luckily I had kept but as far as I understand it the system should work with number plate recognition - another car appeared to exit using this.
The bus pick up service was very good and efficient and car parking secure. Easy to refind my vehicle.
