I always seem to have problems with the technical side of parking at the airport eg barrier won't open as it hasn't recognised number plate or flight changes and have to amend car parking etc however the staff at the car parking office have always been so very helpful and pleasant, nothing is too much trouble - they are great ! What I don't like is when you ring the airport is, automated voice refers you to the website or to email someone however the reason most people ring is because they have a problem that can't be solved online via the website or waiting for a response via email it's usually urgent/complicated. So a manned customer service would be nice and also not being charged for the phone call would be even better!
