My actual experience would rate a 5 except for 1 thing that concerned me with the parking. We were 10 or 15 minutes late getting to the car and had to pay a few pounds to exit the car park. This was due to waiting gor our luggage. If our plane had been delayed for any time it seemed we would have had to pay the full charge for using the express car park which would have been astronomical.
The actual airport experience I would rate highly although we did wat 45 minutes for the food we ordered so it was a good job our plane was delayed a couple of hours. Loved the spa and being in Newcastle means everyone was super friendly!!
