The airport management should also take a drive up to Edinburgh to see how an airport should be run. Newcastle airport needs a deep clean and they should charge accordingly to the facilities they offer in their grossly overpriced and grubby hospitality outlets airside. Security is the only good point with friendly staff and an efficient system.
