Two suggestions:
When a flight is due in especially late evening, why can't the coach for the car park be ready in waiting at the terminal bus stop to collect passengers, instead of having to ring then wait!!
Why can't the bus shelter number be displayed in big lit up figures. Again in the dark it is extremely difficult to distinguish the number, of course an added bonus would be if the driver could shout out the number on arrival at the stop. When its dark outside and the bus windows are steamed up, there is no way of telling which stop it is.
