I use the service on average 2-3 times per month, and although very conveniently located and with friendly staff, for the second time in a month, I have arrived at the car park when returning home to find no attendant and the office closed with the lights off. There have sometimes been 3 or 4 of us stood around waiting and have had to call the number outside the office to ask for someone to come over, open up and give us our keys.
Not really "meet and greet", is it..?
It won't stop me using the service, but I think as we pay a premium for this there should be someone there when we return.
