It was the 1st time I had used Newcastle Airport Parking. In general the experience was good easy to get to & plenty of parking. Shuttle bus was quick and a good service. The only complaint I would have is that the buses are a very bad lay out. There was a lot of people getting on the bus on the way back to our cars, people struggling to get on with cases, bags & children in buggies. I think the buses would be much better with less seats are they are not really required for the short journey to your car. It was really difficult for people to lift their cases up onto the racks and then the cases on the bottom were sticking out and the prams could not get up the bus. I just felt it was all a bit stressful for people especially elderly trying to negotiate cases. I think in general people would happily stand with their case as long as there were poles to hold on to a bit like the buses they use to transport you to the planes. I felt it also held the bus up it would get around much quicker if everyone could get on and off a bit easier. There was a side door on the bus which was not used either. But apart from that wee complaint everything was good.
