Almost a perfect experience! Parking facilities are excellent and very close, extremely convenient for the departure lounge. BUT, when I returned to the UK and tried to exit the car park (on a soaking wet, cold Sunday night) my prepaid ticket was rejected at the barrier and I was advised electronically to go to the Pay Kiosk. I had to reverse (much to the disgruntlement of the drivers behind me), find the Pay Kiosk (getting drenched in the process) and pay an additional £78 for 3 days parking. I had already paid what was required in advance but just wanted to get home, so I paid up. The next day I checked to see if I had parked in the wrong place or perhaps had overstayed the time booked. I discovered that the phone operative who took my telephone booking had wrongly written down my registration number, mistaking an F for an S - easy mistake to make, I suppose. I emailed the company and the matter was sorted out promptly and I was given a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. So, in conclusion, excellent parking facility and good customer service to put mistakes right - but always ask someone to read back your registration number to you. If it is not recognised, you can't exit and have to pay extra! I will use the facility again, however!
