Whole process on arrival at the car park is positive, we hailed the shuttle bus which dropped us off at the terminal however, on returning from our holiday we could find no way have hailing the shuttle bus, there were no signs of it and we had to walk to the car park. It would have helped if you had a telephone that we could have used to call a shuttle bus.
