I do wish all customers would use the racks provided for cases on the courtesy bus instead of blocking the aisle leaving others unable to access seats. I myself had a an altercation with with a customer who refused to move their cases to the rack provided leaving other passengers outside in the rain when there was a maximum of ten people on the bus. There's no substitute for manners and consideration.
