All the staff are lovely - booking is always done courteously and efficiently on the phone. The bus drivers are always pleasant and helpful. My only issue is the frequency of buses. Sometimes it seems that only one bus is operating with long wait times at bus stops, even when a lot of passengers wish to get to the terminal - it has not been unusual to see passengers giving up on waiting and dragging their luggage to the terminal on foot. On our last trip, we got the bus to the car park and along the way, it became absolutely packed with passengers heading for the terminal, so much so that some passengers had to get off the bus with their luggage so that we could get off. People are very obliging, but it shouldn't have to be like that. Sorry to be negative when there is so much good.
