Excellent outgoing, smooth and quickly through checkin and security . Departure more or less on time . Homecoming , long walk ( have breathing difficulties ) then hitting steep stairs up and escalator not working! My worst nightmare . No one around to help , no lift . eventually with help from partner made the top but very distressed . I will obviously request airside assistance next time . An unfortunate end to a good overall exp . One other bad note was going out , Bar 11 was very poor with sticky smelly bar and less than average sandwich with service by a person that obviously didn't want to smile or even be there .
