Arrived in car park at lunchtime on a freezing cold day. We parked near a courtesy bus stop and waited for 15 minutes but no bus came round. We ended up walking to departures and at the entrance to the car park were two courtesy buses and one other courtesy vehicle. Do they all take lunch breaks at the same time. Needles to say we were freezing cold when we entered departures.
A week later was a different story. We arrived late at night and the bus was there straight away.
