Everything worked fine until we tried to exit the car park the machine did not read my ticket and it showed an excess of £85 to pay after trying to exit the car park again and with a queue building up behind me I decided to contact the controller after explaining the situation the barrier was raised and I was on my way butI retained the ticket as a precaution to being overcharged.
