My flight was delayed by 13 hours. I rang to let them know at the time I Should have been arriving and mentioned that I didn't need the space any longer as I could now get a lift to the airport due to the time change. The lady gave me instructions on how to cancel and a number to phone , the money was back in my account by the time I got back from my travels. Thank you, that's a very honest policy and refreshing in this day and age.
