The bus took a while to turn up on both arrival and departure. When I called from the stop to let the driver know we were waiting I got a very surly response from the person who answered. On my return, my flight was delayed so when I got to the barrier it would not open so I had to reverse back against the flow of traffic which was tricky. The lady who I talked to in the parking office about resolving the situation so I could leave was lovely and dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently which I appreciated a great deal. There was no issues with the space or the availability of spaces.
