Usually good service from airport staff.
Observations:
- recent experience made difficult due to escalator maintenance and lack of directions to alternate
- car park signage remains poor. Arriving or leaving at night time can be confusing
- baggage handling seems to have improved with reduced delays in claiming baggage on return
