Upon pulling up to park the anpr detected my registration number no problem
Gave me a ticket and proceeded to park up
On our return however pulled up to the exit barrier and couldn’t find our car on the system so wouldn’t let me out. Had to wait for a representative to arrive then wanted to check my email for the booking before he would let me out . So not so good on departure. Not just my car either the other lanes for cars had the same problem.
