My only issue with this services is that everytime I go to exit the car park, the ticket machine does npt allow the barrier to open and as such I have to call the help line to exit the car park. I have been advised by your Staff that the issue is one of private car registration numbers but when I have used the exact same parking system at Glasgow airport there has never been an issue with my private number plate recognition. Surely this is something that can be easily resolved by Newcastle Airport Parking ?
