Efficient service generally, bus staff are particularly courteous and accommodating.
It would be useful to be able to register more than one VRN when booking in advance to save amending a booking if you're not sure which vehicle you'll be using at the time of booking.
A top up account with loyalty discount would be good where you can add parking credit and being able to use on an App to book parking, make amends etc. This could also be commercialised with promotions in duty free or other airport vendors as an incentive and to drive spend.
