Generally happy with my parking experience. As is the case every time I park there your number plate recognition system fails to read my personal number plate (usually adding the letter M on the beginning). This means every time I have the embarrassment and inconvenience of having to sit at the barrier and talk to an operative.
Sort this out and it’ll be 5 stars.
