The only problem we has was there wasn't enough disabled spaces in the car park and we were split up as a party and couldn't help my parents, my father has MND and my mother is in ill health. The man was very abrupt when I enquired as the airline had said we would be able to all stay together. The excuse given was he didn't have enough room on the adapted bus but when my parents got on there was plenty of room. Assistance at both airports should be reviewed as the experience was less than adequate.
