Paying on line was easy.
However, finding a parking space due to the inaccurate (confirmed by staff member) "car park full" signs on every car park , lack of running buses , poor lighting and uneven pavements really made the experience frustrating.
The staff in the airport were clearly bored and lacked customer service , we did not get one smile from any staff members until the KLM plane, a disappointing start to our holiday.
