Due to me having to use a wheelchair, we have used the meet and greet a few times due to the convenience of being able to leave the car near the entry to the airport.
In September a member of staff went beyond his remint by taking our cases right up to the check up. No such offer of this assistance this time but we realise that this was not part of using meet and greet.
As instructed, we phoned from baggage collection on getting back to Newcastle and the car was sitting near to the ramp down from the Airport lounge. If we fly from Newcastle again, we shall probably use the meet and greet service.
