At the end of the holiday, the car was ready for collection which was good. Upon arrival pre holiday, it was unclear where the entrance was and the machine has no marking on it to show whereabouts you press to gain entry. As there is nowhere around about you can pull up this can be quite stressing. This seems a simple thing to rectify and the operators need to put themselves in the shoes of someone who has neither been to the airport before, not visited their compound nor ever seen or used their machine - but has driven a long way. Not sure where Meet and Greet comes into the equation.
