The initial booking was easy but it was confusing finding the correct area / car park to leave the car. On return, when I inserted the ticket as directed I was instructed that I was to pay £78.00 to be able to leave.
I did use the call button and speak to customer support - who were very helpful and checked my details with my car registration number which confirmed my booking and payment.
All was quickly resolved but we had a terrible panic for a few minutes which is not what you want after a nice time away.
