I was using the service for the very first time as I was coming back from my holidays at around 23:30 hours which means best way to travel was using my own car at this hour. I followed the instructions to keep the barrier ticket and not to insert the credit/ debit card once prompted by the machine at the exit barrier which is what I did and I called the help line and they easily let me out. However I did need to press the help button and I was expecting the card to be recognised instead of me having to call the helpline, the attender was very helpful and just let me out with out any unnecessary delays. On that basis I assume the service holistically was quite good.
