I travel regular and use you parking facilities, I have been pre- booking however on my last journey it would have been cheaper if I had just paid on the day, I pre-paid at £21.29 (£18.99 + £2.30 credit card) on the day it was £17.70 displayed on the exit barrier, why should I pre-book
also although I pre-booked I never get automatic exit, I always have to park at the barrier and go into the office, and last visit it was pouring with rain!!!!!!, every time I pre-book I have to go in the office
