Overall experience was fine, however when exiting the car park there was retractable claws across the exit to stop vehicles entering and these repeatedly struck the floor of my vehicle (not a particularly low slung veg) as I moved across them. I therefore had Torrey and check my vehicle for underside damage in the dark. They should not do this and should immediately be re-set so that this does not happen. I therefore regret to advise that I will not be using the car park again until this is addressed.
