On line booking and ticket system works well. I have to mention however that I would have thought that on returning to Newcastle on 1/12/23 that the long stay car park that my vehicle had been parked would have been gritted following the snowfall prior to that date. Fortunately I have a front wheel drive new vehicle that is good in such conditions. If Iād had a Merc or BMW I might have been booking into the airport hotel, buying a spade and phoning the AA for a tow out of the car park. A bit more grit please. š cheers
