Unfortunately when our car was moved from the holding car park to the Meet and Greet car park the day before our return from a 7 day holiday we and the Reception staff had great difficulty opening the car. The battery was completely dead. As our car was not quite a year old when we got back from holiday, the fact that the weather had not been that cold while we were away and we had driven almost 20 miles before parking the car we can only assume that the person bringing the car from the holding car park must have left the lights switched on thus draining the battery. Fortunately a staff maintenance member was able to jump start our car enabling us to eventually get home! If we had not had this experience we would gladly have given you a 5 star rating.
