I parked my car in E car park and was surprised to find on my return that the free bus driver did not let me know where it was. We had driven past it and I had to walk a way back. I felt this used up some of my time unnecessarily as I had a long drive ahead of me.
The path to car park E was very rough and hard for me to pull my suitcase even though it was a cabin case small enough to fit in the overhead compartment of the plane.
When I drove out of the car park the underneath of my car was badly scratched by the metal prongs on the exit road.
