The purchasing and admin side of the process was very good with clear and easy instructions and the whole system works well. Getting from the long stay car park to the terminal & back again needs improvement. The buses were not running for us. We rang from a bus stop and were ignored. After waiting we decided to walk in the rain as we were really cold and it was wind/rain. There aren't enough pedestrian pathways. We ended up waking up the middle of the roads. Glad it was quiet as we would have been run over. The lighting is not good enough either. This was the worst bit of the holiday unfortunately.
