Entry and exit was very efficient, I think the only issue I had was that it wasn't really that well signposted for which areas to park in and not as we ended up parking in Zone I and calling for a bus from stop number 3 only to be told by a very stroppy lady that we shouldn't even be in that area and the bus would be at least 5 minutes. I began to think it was just me until loads of other users parked in the same area, so perhaps more signage is needed or clearer signage anyway. Exit was easy and as I was pre-booked no need to visit customer services.
All in all a great service just maybe some customer service training and an attitude adjustment for the lady answering the phones to request a bus!
