Upon arrival at the short stay carpark at around 0400 I awaited for my ticket to be printed after the NPR camera had done its job after parking y car in a vacant bay I checked that my ticket had the right info on it to find that the wrong reg number been printed. This caused me great concern and I had to then go to the your carpark office to try and sort the problem out, as you may agree this was of great annoyance to me as I had a flight to catch and would not be back for 2 weeks. The answer I got from the attendant in your office did not raise my hopes for my return as I felt I would still have problems leaving the carpark. If this a ongoing problem it needs to be sorted.
