I made an advanced booking for the Medium Stay car park but on arrival found the car park to be completely full (no notices before entry) with no staff in attendance to advise how I should proceed. I moved to the Long Stay car park. On return to my car 12 days later I could not leave the Long Stay car park because my firts ticket had been cancelled when i left the Medium Stay area after less than 15 minutes.
My wife needs a wheelchair and we could not see any disabled spaces.
I was not impressed.
