Meet & greet. There was no one to meet us when we arrived, and greeting us on our return, I understood to mean waiting for us outside the airport, which is how it is worded on the when you make the booking. There was a queue when we got back and had to wait ages to be seen to. The people who work for you don't seem to have a clue. £91.94 ill spent, & will recommend you to nobody.
