After entering our parking space we went to the bus stop No 15. after waiting for 20 mins a bus came along that was full and the driver would not pick anyone up, by this time there were 15 people waiting at the stop. We rang the help line and were told that they would get a bus along asap. More people arrived and also a second bus again that was full but dropped people off but would but pick anyone up. Called help line again and was told that the area was closed, we told operator that no barrier was down and a lot of people were driving into the area and waiting. it ended up that about 30-35 people had to walk to the terminal. Which after waiting 40 mins by now we were really peeved off!!. TOTALLY DISORGINISED
