Advance booking process straightforward, staff very helpful as usual.
I have to leave my wife in the drop off car park, and then pick her back up again after our trip due to health issues. It's annoying that I have to pay again as I am already paying for parking for the full day.
Can you consider it providing a drop off and pick time for free?
(It may be not difficult to arrange as the drop off car park reads the number plate of each vehicle).
