Ease of access very good unfortunately there were signs saying car park full when there were plenty of spaces available we found afterwards when we got on a courtesy bus. I eventually parked in a space between bus stops 15 and 16 and waited at bus stop 16. When the bus eventually arrived to drop 2 people off he refused to pick me and my wife up saying that this particular area of parking was closed. I pressed the HELP buzzer available at the bus stop for advice and the lady I spoke to sent the same bus driver to pick us up. As a result I was disappointed.
