Don't find directions very clear to each parking area. But when found process is easy. Not sure how it could be done but some parking is suspect to say the least, I had to climb into thd passenger seat when I returned as car next to us had left about six inches. There were also lots of loose trolliez rolling around which isn't good if they hit your car. Improvment needed but overall OK
