Paid online for 1 weeks parking in medium stay. Car park surface particularly poor and requires investment. Pedestrian exits from the car park poor with then pathway at the vehicle exits being made up of very loose gravel and extremely difficult to pull a 20kg suitcase with small wheels!! Upon exiting the car park at 01:00am I was requested at the barrier to pay £157 and prepaid ticket spat back at me! After abandoning the car (& family) at the barrier my ticket was validated at the office. The operative on the desk seems to insuate this was a frequent occurrence and not At all suprised! Needless to say I won't be using the medium stay carpark again and would rather pay the additional cost to park in a smooth Tarmac car park that I can at least get out of both with my cases and my car.
