Easy parking at the short stay but yet again on return my ticket didn't lift the barrier for me or several other visitors to exit. After several attempts & 10 minutes later my call was eventually answered by customer services & asked if I had paid, surely this is why there is NPAR? This is a regular occurrence & a major downfall.
