On arrival at car park requested courtesy bus on intercom, after waiting 10 minutes and no sign of bus rang again was advised by the girl who answered that she would try to contact the driver again, after a further 10 minutes still no bus rang again to be advised that the driver had in fact had his receiver turned off but he would now be on his way. Another 10 minutes passed and no sign of bus rang again but no one answered so decided to walk to terminal in view of the length of time we had waited. Whilst walking we did in fact see the bus going round but by this time we were nearly at terminal
