My ticket was prepared and I was advised that I could simply drive to the barrier and insert my parking ticket and the barrier would open.
This did not happen.
I then rang the help button and waited around 2 minutes until the attendant responded, confirmed my surname and opened the barrier.
At 2am in the morning having returned from holiday, this was not a good end to my car parking experience.
