This is the second time this year we have used this parking , 2 nd time we've arrived back tired only for pre - paid exit ticket not to work . 2 nd time we've been spoken to by a rude operator . After travelling 15 hrs the last thing we need is to be asked our reference number surely the system will work off registration number , postcode or surname .
Also a sorry our mistake off the rude operator wouldn't go amiss .
