the airport and fast track parking are all very good---the border force staff inbound however--let the whole process down as they either stand watching--next to their room---in the baggage reclaim room---or are just blatantly rude--when they step inside their room to carry out their duties---a particular female officer was overly fastidious after she was told by me---I had 200 cigarettes---her x-ray machine didnt work---so she dismissed me coldly---others have been pleasant
