Easy and fast to use as always. This was the first time time I took my disabled daughter on holiday. The website claimed there was no need to reserve disabled bays as there are loads available. However when I arrived there were none and I ended up having to park quite away from the terminal, leaving me struggling with two cases, various other bags and my daughter's wheelchair for a few hundred yards.
Please make more disabled bays available!
